Support service provides our users with solutions within 24-72 hours according to the software (but always trying to minimise these times!):

  • Premium: 24 hours.
  • Advanced: 48 hours.
  • Lite, Review, Tag: 72 hours.

Update & support services

Support and update services are included for one year when you purchase a Codimg software (unless you have a 2 or 3-installment payment).

Once your support and update service is finished, you can renew it every year. This service is not mandatory, but extremely recommended if you want to be assisted by our team or updated to the latest version with new tools (we update our programs 2-4 times a year).

*Note: We can only give support for original versions of Microsoft Windows.

Remote support

We can access your computer to solve any issue via an Internet connection and with your authorisation. To use this service, you must download this file first:

Save the file, run it and send us the ID number for the remote connection that will appear in the remote support window.

*Note: If you want to receive a remote support, you must firstly set an appointment with our staff by mailing.

Install onto Mac OS

In case you need to run Codimg on your Mac OS, it is necessary to already have an emulation software installed, such as: Virtual Box© or tools with commercial license as: VM Ware Fusion©, Parallel Desktop© or Boot Camp© (this last software is already included in Mac OS X from Leopard v10.5).

Once the emulation tool is installed, it is necessary to install Windows (preferably Windows 7 or 8) and then install Codimg on the Windows side.
